If you wish to return a purchase simply because you have changed your mind, the âSatisfied or refundedâ guarantee will not apply. In this case, simply exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the explanations provided in the General Conditions of Sale .
RETURNS OF UNCONSUMED PRODUCTS
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt of your order in full, in accordance with the regulations.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within this period, by email or on our website kurku-ma.com, under the " Contact us " section. You can contact our customer service for free on 09 80 80 95 43 (free call from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
Returns must be made (return costs at your expense) as soon as possible and within 6 days maximum following communication of your decision to withdraw.
The item must not be opened, damaged, used and in its original packaging.

Concerned about the complete satisfaction of our Customers, and since we are fully convinced of the effectiveness of our products, we offer you our commercial guarantee "satisfied or refunded within 60 days".
This guarantee only applies to the mask. If you do not get any results, we will refund you the full amount of the mask jar.

- That the mask you are returning has been used for its usual purpose and does not show signs of excessive use.

- Send an email to contact@kurku-ma.com specifying the following:
1. Your full name, the email address used to place the order and the order number
2. A precise description of the reason for your dissatisfaction with the effectiveness of the Kurku-ma range (be careful, the skin needs some time to regenerate and be sensitive to the introduction of a new skincare routine or the use of new products, so the effectiveness may not be immediate)
3. Two time-stamped photographs attesting to the lack of effectiveness, one taken before your routine, the second less than 60 days after receiving your order.
Judith from customer service will take charge of your request and get back to you by email within a maximum of 2 working days.
In any case, if we have not been able to meet your expectations, our principle is to offer you a short telephone or email exchange, according to your preference, to better understand your situation and possibly understand the causes of your dissatisfaction.
